We as a people of God are at our best when we sing. We are blessed with strong traditions of singing and music through the centuries. Yet the Church in the 21st century is crying out for new as well as renewed songs for the diverse communities of faith that God is calling into being. This workshop will introduce fresh musical resources for congregations and choirs,

Mark A. Miller serves on the faculty at Drew University and at Yale University where he teaches sacred music and worship. He is also the Minister of Music at Covenant United Methodist Church in Plainfield, New Jersey. Previously he was Director of Contemporary Worship at the Marble Collegiate Church in New York and Music Associate and Assistant Organist of The Riverside Church in New York City.

Mark is well known as a composer, worship leader, teacher and performer of sacred music. He has performed concerts and directed conferences at churches across the United States and internationally.
