Commission on a Way Forward Conversation

Make plans to join us on Saturday, May 12 for a conversation with other United Methodist churches in Northwest Chicago regarding the Commission on a Way Forward and the future of the United Methodist Church. Within the UMC there are different perspectives on the Book of Discipline's language of "homosexuality," and the Commission on a Way Forward's forthcoming decision in 2019 on how we have a future as one church with such different viewpoints. We will hear from a member of the commission, learn about the Church's polity and how the future might unfold.
