Message on Connectionalism & the Global Church

Pastor Juyeon Jeon was appointed to Epworth UMC on July 1, 2016. She was born and raised in South Korea, and relocated to the United States in 2008. Her academic background includes a Master of Divinity degree from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois, and a Master of Arts degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC. Also, Pastor Juyeon’s background includes both theological studies and ministerial experience in Korea.

Pastor Juyeon, her husband, and lovely daughter are thrilled to be a part of the Edgewater community. Embracing the arts in worship and ministry is one of the pastor’s many passions. She loves creative worship, photography, dancing, coffee breaks, and listening to people’s stories.  Pastor Juyeon’s Sunday sermons are filled with positive messages, great humor, and an incredibly gifted singing voice. As a pastor, she is blessed with an open heart to listen to God, to reach out to all people, and to build a beloved community.
