UCRP will finish it six-week sermon series based on the book Weird Church: Welcome to the Twenty-first Century by Beth Ann Estock and Paul Nixon on 14 October.  Paul Nixon will be exploring ideas from his book on 17 October 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.  Paul passionately believes God has a better story in mind for the 21st century churches than just simply struggling and longing for the past.  

What does it take for a church to thrive in the current cultural conditions? There will be time for processing and questions in addition to Paul’s teaching and guidance toward the next steps that your church can take immediately. 

Bishop Sally Dyck will also share her thoughts on “Navigating Uncharted Waters” in our ministry together.
