The Worship team plans and supports Sunday worship and special services in collaboration with clergy and staff leaders. The worship team leader recruits and coordinates music, liturgy, tech, and hospitality. UCRP is delighted to encourage creative expression in worship that lives into our identity and values.

The Community Care Team organizes care efforts, equips and trains volunteers. By organizing meals and visits for folks in crisis and maintaining meaningful personal relationships throughout UCRP.

The Connection Team welcomes newcomers, coordinates outreach, and curates an inviting environment. Our Connection team makes sure that everyone feels at home in our space and get connected to our community and ministries.

Our Stewardship team leads our annual stewardship campaign with creativity and sensitivity. By promoting a theology of giving that centers generosity as a spiritual practice, our Stewardship team highlights sustainable giving pathways like pledging, legacy giving, and community education.

Our facilities team oversees building care and maintenance. By being in deep and regular relationship with our building and grounds, our facilities team creates and maintains a beautiful and spiritually nourishing environment. Our facilities team also coordinates between staff and tenants to support sustainable relationships and resource sharing.

Our finance and administration team maintains accuracy and transparency around how we manage our resources. Through close collaboration with the board and church leadership, the finance and admin team helps to create and maintain policies and resources to ensure stewardship alignment and assist with annual budgeting.
